Yesterday, 31 March 2022, we celebrated our first CAS DAY at  ASB.

CAS (Creativity, Activity, and Service) is a core component of the IB Diploma Programme. This subject allows students to lead a balanced life, plan experiences and assess the degree to which they have met their objectives and learning outcomes, and step out of their comfort zone. 

Over the past years we have been able to forge  strong relationships with various NGOs; this allows our students to step into volunteering and service learning and contribute to those causes that interest and worry them, establishing connections between the academic subjects and real life. They are acting upon the knowledge they gain. 

CAS DAY was a priceless opportunity for DP students to share with other students in the community (PYP, MYP, DP) their experiences and their academic and personal growth through CAS.
