Dear Parents,

As you know, we have received numerous complaints from neighbors and police of our traffic backups during the morning drop off and afternoon pickups.   Many of you have also mentioned about the long wait one had to endure during these times and hoping for a better way this can be solved.

We are now ready to open our alternate access to our school, beginning this Monday, March 1^st.  This access will help alleviate the traffic down below and help facilitate the drop off/pickup process. We would like cooperation in making a smooth transition this Monday and adjust as we progress.

Morning Drop Off

All students from Pre-School (2 years old) to grade 2, please continue to enter through the main entrance as you have done before.  If you have two or more children, yet you have a child that is in Pre School through 2^nd grade, please enter through the main entrance.

If your child/ren are from grade 3 to grade 12, please enter through the alternate entrance.

As you can see from the map, you will pass the main entrance and enter on the gate on the right.  As you enter drive all the way to the end where you will make a left.  Here approximately 4 to 5 cars can pull up and drop off their child/ren (green rectangle) where they will enter by the new entrance (white star).

Once you drop of your child/ren please proceed towards exit and stop before you get to the gate.  There, to your left you wil be able to see the traffic light from the school ( blue plus sign).  Once it´s green you can proceed to exit and leave the school grounds.

Afternoon Pick Up

If you arrive early and have at least one child who is in Pre-School to grade 2, you can wait as always on the right of the main entrance.  If not then you must proceed to the alternate entrance where the gate will open at 2:45. Please drive down and wait at the end of the access. Students will be directed to your car for pick up.

If you arrive after the buses leave (15:30), please proceed to enter through the main gate to pick up your child/ren.
