Dear ASB Community:

We are excited to announce that the annual Acambi Race is taking place next Sunday 8th of October. We encourage everyone to participate and bring the school together as a community to run and advocate for breast cancer. The event will take place at 11AM and in Bilbao, at the Guggenheim museum. The specific details such as the route planned are all in the following link, https://acambi.es/marearosa/. The inscription fee is only 8€ and everyone will need to pick up their Acambi T-Shirts at the locations shown after enrolling. Wearing it officially makes you part of the race and money earned will be donated towards cancer research.

We are looking forward to having a high ASB community participation in order to show our great solidary spirit. It is important to mention that you can abandon the race at any time and you can also walk, it is just a matter of participating.

Participate!! We will be representing the school in the best way possible, the more people the better! For IBDP students, this event is one of the first meaningful CAS experiences out of many to come. Enjoy it and let us know all about it!

Furthermore, we will also coordinate the October breast cancer awareness month in which we will encourage students to participate and collaborate by wearing pink on Fridays. We will keep you posted.
