Admission/How to apply

Registration in the American School of Bilbao is completed after a personal interview with the child and his/her parent/s and, for Grades 3 - 10, testing in English and in basic subject areas. In addition, the following documents must be completed and presented:

  1. Payment of 300.00 € as a reservation.(This sum will be deducted from the total Entrance Fee).
  2. Application form.
  3. Bank Form.
  4. Medical Record.
  5. Emergency Medical Form.
  6. Copy of Birth Certificate, Passport, or child´s page of "Libro de Familia".
  7. Certification from the former school(s) which contain the end of year grades for each course. In the case a student entering into grades 8, 9 or 10 the certification of the end of year results from every grade level starting in 7th grade is needed.
  8. To enter into 11th or 12th grade the family must submit confirmation (homologación) of the Spanish education system for all courses starting from the 9th grade.
